On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a shower and sink, a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of 3 single beds (the bunk beds are for children’s use only; adults are not permitted to sleep in this type of bed), a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and a desk area. Finally, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.

The exterior of the house is surrounded by beautiful wooden decks with landscaped areas. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off—ideal for returning from the beach with children. An outdoor table for meals on the terraces and an area with lounge chairs complete the home’s outdoor spaces.

Young people can be independent and take care of themselves.
