Nestled at the top of a dune, this property welcomes you to a peaceful setting, surrounded by wooded grounds with a view over the basin. Just a stone's throw from the market on one side and the shops on the other, you'll be able to take full advantage of local life. The Bassin d'Arcachon is just a 5-minute walk away, where you'll find a beach, an oyster port and oyster huts. The ocean is just a 10-minute bike ride away via a cycle path, with bike hire just 200 m away.



The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with 3 double bedrooms equipped with luxury 160 cm hotel bedding and a children's room with 2 bunk beds, offering 4 additional beds. Linen and towels are available as an optional extra. It also has a bathroom, a shower room and an outdoor bathroom. Two lounges, including a TV lounge with video projector, offer spaces for relaxation. Wi-Fi Internet access and a desk are available for work or relaxation. In season, the heated swimming pool invites you to take a dip, and for your meals, a plancha is at your disposal. Sheltered parking is available for two cars.
