il s’agit d’une petite résidence divisée en quatre appartements.
Notre appartement Dupleix de 130m2,
5 pièces et quatre salles de bain possède un portail ouvrant sur notre jardin d’environ 700 m2 qui sépare les parties communes et privatise l’ensemble.
Jardin et piscine chauffée sont donc totalement dédiés à l’appartement. Seuls les hôtes de l’appartement en ont la jouissance.
J’ajoute qu’au fond du jardin, un portail permet un accès direct a la dune.
Enfin, la jouissance de 7 vélos si t mis à disposition gracieusement. (une location vélo semaine coûte environ 60 euros)
Pour les autres appartements l’un est habite à l’année, l’autre jamais utilisé et le troisième peut être loué en saison.
