"The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. We had a small issue in our room (stained towels and bed pillow cases) but that was addressed quickly and efficiently; other than that our stay was as close to perfect as one could expect.
We loved our bartender (sorry, we don't remember her name), she was exceptionally thoughtful and friendly in addition to her skills as a bartender.
We found the property to be beautifully appointed with a warm ambience, the lobby and hallways were spotlessly clean.
We will definitely stay here whenever we are on Hilton Head Island.
