"Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Beds were quite comfortable and the design of the hotel was nice. The blackout blinds were helpful! Easy enough to get a bus into San Sebastián. Breakfast was tasty. Cleaners in our room did a great job. A few things would have made it better/really good- we had a young baby and they could have offered to help us with washing bottles etc. They cleared breakfast away either before, or exactly at the time they said it would finish (normally you get a bit of leeway in other hotels if you turn up 5-10 mins before the end!). The sink in our room was also not securely attached to the wall and they provided tea bags but no kettle. In summary- generally good but I would have hoped for a little bit more given the cost of the room. "

"Love these hotels. Modern Bright Cheery. Super professional staff. A feeling of community not a hotel. People of all ages mixing together. Love the rooms. Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. "Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour.
