  • In Léguillac-de-l'Auche, this peaceful 250 m² country house sleeps up to 12 in 5 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms. It offers an equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, washing machine and workspace. Two high chairs and self check-in are available.



    Enjoy a private garden with an open terrace, heated outdoor pool, outdoor shower, plancha grill, thatched gazebo and equipped summer kitchen. Leisure facilities include a shared pool table, table tennis, table football, air hockey, basketball hoops, trampoline, pétanque, swing, slide, football goals, arcade machine, outdoor play area, children's toys and books.



    There are 4 shared parking spaces on the property. Up to 2 pets are welcome; 2 cats live on site. Events are not allowed, but informal evenings with friends or family are welcome.



    Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am. Late check-out after noon is available for an extra fee. Air conditioning in summer is available for an extra fee, with meter readings on arrival and departure. Bed linen and towels are optional, for an extra fee. Two cots are provided. A deposit is required via card pre-authorisation. A mandatory cleaning fee, based on the number of guests, is payable on site.



    Enjoy exclusive use of a spa area surrounded by greenery, with a bubbling hot tub (3 seats and 2 reclining places), a cosy chalet, bathrobes and complimentary drinks and sweet treats. Remember to reserve your time slot when booking your stay.
