Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Cold water. No heat at night. No night receptionist Torn bed sheet. Have to go to reception to get toilet paper. Haphazardly placed light switches. TV could not be switched off by remote -needed to pull the plug out. Run down. No tourist information available at reception. Would avoid
