The room was not clean. The bathroom had someone else's hair on the floor, tub had a chunk of the bottom peeled up and absolutely no water pressure. The bathroom had no fan either. I went to the front desk with a picture of the tub asking if we could use it and the guy stated he knew it was like that and would not charge us. I asked if it was safe to use and he said yes. The bed was so hard, neither one of us got any sleep. There were a few sketchy people in and out of the hallway. In the morning, I went down to see about breakfast and there was only coffee. That was the worst coffee we had ever had. We did not feel safe leaving our room after dark.

The bed was covered in hair. The shower curtain rod was sagging and would not keep the curtain closed. The floor was damaged and had sections missing. The phone in the room was an early 90s digital model and looked like it had never been there since then and never cleaned. The walls had stains and holes.

It was really dirty, there were weird stains on the walls and curtains. It smelled like smoke even in the non smoking rooms. Place needs like a deep deep deep clean.

I can put up with a lot but this place was unacceptable. Dirty, stained sheets and towels, gross pillows. Weird smell. Room and building is very shabby with lots of wear and tear. Also lots of warnings to "lock your deadbolt" and "not responsible for vehicle theft" didn't feel safe or comfortable at all.

We booked a Non-smoking room and the room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke and had cigarette burns on the table. The door lock was broken so we felt unsafe during the night. We asked for a new room but were told there was nothing else available. The lady behind us at the desk didn't have a room booked but was offered a room after we had been told they were sold out. We were told that we would have a discount for our unsatisfactory stay but at checkout was told we had to get it through Expedia. Overall, it was a terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Motel 6 is generally a good value. At this price point, it is understandable that there are few luxuries at Motel 6. The TV is not very big. But i didnt watch TV anyway. I was there mainly to have a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Most of the time, it was safe and comfortable. However, the second night I was there, there was a loud relationship squabble a few doors down from me, complete with profanity. The police arrived and things calmed down. But it was unnerving, to say the least. Other than that, I had a good stay at this Motel 6. There were quite a few shopping options within walking distance.

**Last minute Ecpedia reso, stayed here one night with my partner & our dogs** The staff member who checked me in was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the best in my experience when booking short stays. (She actually paid attention to and fulfilled my room requests!) The morning lady was also very friendly and did a good job keeping the breakfast room clean and well stocked. Hot breakfast served here, not just crappy packaged pastries & watered down coffee. It was easy to get to, the facilities were clean & the beds were comfy. The area felt safe (no random people hanging around the property & the parking lot was well lit & away from busy roads). Lots of food options near by to choose from, though a lot were closed early for a Saturday evening.

We arrived to check in to be told there was no reservation for us. I have a confirmation email, the room is already paid for yet they insist I do not have a reservation. I have two missed calls from the property today. No message left either time. If I have no reservation, how do they have my phone number?

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in had no smoke alarm, a dent in the bathroom door, and the bathroom light flickered. The property was dirty, and unfortunately the pool was out of oder, which was understandable with the weather.

We asked for a room on the quiet side, got a room on the freeway side. Sounded like trucks were coming through the room. The AC fan made such a racket we couldn't run it while we were sleeping. The room got so stuffy we opened the window which increased the traffic noise and there was no screen on the window. Bath towels were slightly larger versions of the thin, rough hand towels. No coffee pot. Badly patched damage to tub and bathroom door. Tear in the bottom sheet.

This motel is next to the freeway, but the noise isn’t bad. It is bare bones with no amenities but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is coffee in the lobby in the am. There are at least 10 restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping.

We needed a cheap place to spend the night before heading to Thanksgiving Point the next day. Keept up and clean with a friendly staff just like any other place. Other than that it's what you'd expect from a Motel 6.

The staff were rude & sick apparently. The room had no toiletries & we had to call the office for some. The attendant said, “Call back in 5 minutes, I’m helping a customer” and hung up on me. The sink in the bathroom leaked and the room was extremely dirty (unknown stains on the curtains & bed coverings-looked like feces, floor was filthy & obviously not mopped, and it was about 80 degrees when we got there.) There were homeless people in front and back of the hotel and some crazy lady who looked like a meth addict yelling at the attendants when we were checking in. The back entry, where they told us to park, worked about half the time. I would never recommend staying there and I would never stay there again.
