"Hotel charges a mandatory amenity fee. This feels petty. Either increase Room fee and include amenities or eliminate fee. Being that desperate to grab another 37.00 after paying 250 for room, dropping couple grand at casino and few hundred on restaurants. The extra 37 is cheap. If you’re a non smoker, stay away, smoke hits you second you enter the property. Parking for hotel is inconvenient for the stay. Either use valet or stay some place else. "

"They don’t cleen the room during my stay, bottle of hand soap, shower gel and conditioner were empty and no one comes to refill them. Hot tub was very cold."

"Check-in was easy. The staff was very personable and friendly. Breakfast was good. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hour nice plus. Downside is the outdated property. Needs an upgrade. The furniture in the room and lobby is old. The bed frame was on two twin beds with the king mattress on top. I wouldnt have notice how the covering not be hanging on the floor and not position properly. Ottoman was old and chair in room stained. Unfortunately, I won't stay there again. "
