Beautiful Chatming Cabin
We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Tranquility Knoll. The desctiption is accurate and the property is even more beautiful in real life. The cows are so friendly and they are right outside the back door! The view is BREATHTAKING! You wont regret your stay here. We loved it ❤️

Quiet get away
Thank you for opening up your lovely cabin to us. Everything was just as the pictures showed. We were able to go for a few hikes in the day and relax in evening, the mornings were nice to watch the neighbors cows and horses graze in the pastures, with a mountain view behind. It was perfect.

Valetine's Getaway
Tranquility Knoll was wonderful. We visited the Biltmore Estate which was amazing. We hiked around the Chimney Rock area and did a lot of antiquing. The cabin was a cozy place to "come home" to. It was so nice to not be in a hotel and be able to enjoy the comforts and convenience of having living room and a full kitchen. We had a perfect Valentines Day and also celebrated Michael's birthday. Fantastic Cabin In Every Way
My wife and I spent 3 of the most relaxing, comfortable days and nights we've had in a long time. This cabin is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully stocked, cozy. You don't need to bring anything but your own food if you want. The location is perfect - quiet, great views, off the beaten path but convenient to several restaurants. Asheville is a quick drive and a great town. Our hosts were just as wonderful as the cabin itself. Whenever we visit this area we'll try to stay here. We will also be recommending to our family and friends. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Under the Geminid Meteor Shower
Just so happen to be the perfect timing for this mini getaway as dozens of meteors streaked the early morning sky. The perfect distance from Asheville to drive in and walk the streets and sample the local shops, while being far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful with very little light pollution to gaze up at the night stars. The owner was accommodating and the cabin was very cozy. Will happily return again!

Lawless vacation
Great authentic log cabin with a beautiful view of Bally and mountains in the background. It was well stocked and a relaxing environment. It’s 15 minutes from the Biltmore estate, yet out in the countryside. Very clean and a great layout.

Cozy Cabin
Weekend stay with my wife to visit Biltmore and view the area. Cabin was perfect for us. Awesome view of the mountains and animals. My favorite is a bull I named "1Up1Down" Peacefull stay and great nights sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property. Cabin was very cozy and clean. Easy to get to. Nice views. Well built cabin. Pictures online were very accurate. Overall experience was wonderful. I do think the listing is a little off on two points. First, it has a gas log stove, not a fireplace. Second, I think the square footage is well below the 947 sqft listed. I’d recommend the cabin to friends, and would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Me and my husband truly enjoyed our stay at the Tranquility Knoll. The views are absolutely incredible, and there’s an Ingles just a few minutes away. Asheville is a short 10-15 minute drive from the cabin. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great location. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Very accessible to the Blue Ridge Mountains and other nearby attractions. The property was very well equipped if you plan to prepare your own meals. Very relaxing to sit on the porch in the evening and enjoy the beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Terrific cabin with a view of the mountains, surrounded by pastures with cows, turkeys and an abundance of birds. Cabin was ideal for a quiet week. Well appointed and very clean. Owners provided great directions for the rental, given this was our first VRBO rental. If you want a quiet getaway this is perfect!

I've stayed at a few different cabins. This was one of the easiest to find. The road was not steep and Google Maps were easy to access to plan my trips, problems I've had before. It had a fantastic view of many mountains and seeing the sunset and cows were fantastic add-ons that made this area more unique. It was also relatively quiet. Overall, arguably our favorite cabin stay.

Our family of four stopped for two nights on the way to South Carolina. We loved the cabin and scenic surrounds. Incredible sunrises. Fun watching loads of turkey courting and carrying on. Easy drive to Asheville and a horseback ride. Nice place!

Perfect little cabin
This picturesque cabin was perfect for my trip to explore Asheville. It is in a beautiful location among rolling hills and patches of pasture. There was a cute group of cows that would come hang out at the fence in the backyard too. From the front porch, you can see the mountains across the horizon. It is close enough to Asheville to be convenient, but just enough outside the city to be calm and quaint.The cabin had everything necessary, including toiletries, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. It was very clean. It has a tv with some cable channels, as well as a Roku. I have no complaints about this cabin, and I would defintely stay here again!

Awesome place!
Tranquility Knoll really is tranquil! Me and my family had a great birthday getaway trip for Biltmore and the cabin was perfect! We didn't find anything wrong with it and were enthralled by the view of the property. Check in was also easy and simple and the cabin was clean which is super important. We are definitely wanting to come back again!!!

THE PERFECT GETAWAY!
My husband and I LOVED this beautiful cozy log cabin. It was the perfect place to spend our 40th Anniversary. Mornings started on the front porch drinking our tea and coffee overlooking the beautiful mountains and then enjoying breakfast out back with more spectacular views (including cows, rabbits and turkeys). We leisurely headed to Ashville each day (a 15-20 minute drive) to see all there was to see (Biltmore, art galleries, shopping, breweries and restaurants). After a day in the city it was so nice to come back to our peaceful cabin and relax or take a walk. It is the most peaceful place. The cabin itself is a labor of love. We were fortunate to meet our host, Linda, and learn all about the building of this cabin and the neighboring cabin. The cabin is clean, comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Each item and antique is well placed and charming. It is a PERFECT CABIN and our absolutely BEST experience with a vacation rental.

The Little Bear’s House
The house was so cute, something out of a fairytale. The only problem being we are big bears and the main bedroom was a double bed on the main floor. Upstairs queen bed was very comfy but you needed to go down the stairs to the bath in the middle of the night. The cabin was so cute and had every convenience.
