Im Grunde gibt es wenig Beanstandung, ABER: Wenn ich ein barrierefreies Zimmer bekomme, ohne es gebucht zu haben, muss ich danach gefragt werden, ob ich es haben möchte. Daher war der Besuch im Bad wie ein Krankenhausaufenthalt und so etwas möchte ich im Urlaub nicht!

Gute Zimmer, schlechtes Frühstück

kleine, aber saubere Zimmer, Rezeption immer besetzt, das kann man alles sehr empfehlen! Aber das Frühstück bekommt von uns nur einen Stern. So ein "einfaches" Frühstücksbufett haben wir von dem Hotel nicht erwartet, - ob das Angebot am Bufett, der Speisesaal an sich oder das Selbstabräumen des Geschirrs - so etwas Einfaches haben wir noch nie geboten bekommen. Das wäre mit Sicherheit für uns ein Grund ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.

Einfaches aber perfekt gelegenes Hotel direkt in der Leipziger Innenstadt. Ein paar Fußminuten vom HBF entfernt. Einkaufszentrum 1 Minute entfernt sowie die Einkaufsmeile und das Alte Rathaus ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Das Hotel wirkt ziemlich neu und ist in der Leipziger Innenstadt zentral gelegen. Hotelpersonal und Zimmerservice sind vorbildlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, falls mal was fehlen sollte wird sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Die Tiefgarage gehört zwar nicht zum Hotel, aber wenn mal die Parkkarte an der Rezeption abstempeln lässt, bekommt man einen Rabatt. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, kann mit guten Gewissen weiterempfohlen werden.

Die Dame an der Rezeption, die das einchecken am Freitag, 1. Juli vorgenommen hat, war sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Leider hatte sich dies auch bei anderen Dienstzeiten bei ihr nicht geändert. Das komplette andere Personal, sei es an der Rezeption, oder beim Frühstück, war sehr freundlich und hat deswegen die gute Bewertung verdient.
