Excellent, well maintaned cottage, with easy access to Mosel and surrounding points of interest.

We stayed at Leiwen for 6 days and had a fantastic time. It is a quaint, little German town on the Mosel. We walked everywhere in the town: information center, bakery, grocery, pubs, and restaurants. Took a bus to Treir, Mosel river cruise to Berncastle, car trip to Berg Eltz castle. The cottage was much more than we imagined. It had a very comfortable living area with back yard and patio.

Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Alles, was man so benötigt, war vorhanden und die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Het was een heerlijke vakantie. Huisje van Frau Burdenski is een aanrader. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Van hondenbed tot kinderstoel en van garde tot mixer. Zeer aan te bevelen. Heerlijke tuin.

Jahreswechsel an der Mosel

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit an der Mosel und danken Frau Burdenski für ihre Gastfreundschaft! Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und heimelig eingerichtet. An nichts hat es gemangelt. Danke ebenso für die zusätzliche zauberhafte abendliche Stimmung im Garten direkt vor unserem Fenster.Sehr gern empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter.

Ruhig, erholsam, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und freundlich

Selten haben wir uns in einer Ferienwohnung so gut gefühlt wie hier. Deshalb sind wir auch zum zweiten mal hier gewesen. Frau Burdinski ist total nett und unkompliziert in der Schlüsselübergabe. Alles ist da, was man braucht, alles ist sauber, die Umgebung ruhig und damit erholsam. Die Wohnung ist auch besonders kühl in den heißen Tagen, was uns sehr gefiel bei über 30` im Schatten. Der Garten kann mit genutzt werden... mit Liegen, Terrassen-Essplatz,... Man kann zu Fuß in die Weinberge wandern, z.B. zur kleinen Kapelle mit Fassschaukel und riesiger Bank. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und den tollen Sonnenuntergang im Moseltal beobachten. Eine guter Tagesausklang, wenn man -wie wir- den Tag nutzt, um die vielen Burgen und die tollen Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Empfehlung: besucht das Restaurant "vierzehn85". Eine Klasse für sich und ein highligth für uns. Natürlich ist die Gegend ein "Muss" für Weinliebhaber. Rund um gelungen. Vielen Dank!!!

Sehr schöne FeWo

Eine tolle und süß eingerichtete FeWo. Im Haushalt fehlt es an nichts. Ein wunder schöner Garten der vielseitig genutzt werden darf, mit viel Liebe fürs Detail dekoriert. Hunde sind willkommen und die Umgebung bietet viele Erlebnisse.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden unterwegs und haben die Zeit an der Mosel sehr genossen. Vom Haus aus kann man viel erkunden und tolle Spaziergänge unternehmen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, ein Metzger sowie Restaurants und Straußwirschaften sind fußläufig erreichbar. Somit ist die Lage schon mal top! Das Haus an sich war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war bereits bezogen und auch an Handtücher hat es nicht gefehlt. Der Garten lud zum Grillen (Weber Kohlegrill) und sonnen ein. Einziger Nachteil hier war der "Zaun". Leider handelte es sich hierbei nur um einen ca. 80 cm hohen Holzzaun, der von den Hunden leicht zu überwinden gewesen wäre, ob drüber ist drunter. Auch gab es keine Trennung zum Garten und der Terrasse der Eigentümerin, welche direkt nebenan wohnt. Somit konnten wir die Hunde leider nicht ohne Leine in den Garten lassen. Das war etwas schade. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr schöne Woche in Leiwen

Wir haben zusammen mit unserem alten Hundchen einen schönen Urlaub in Leiwen verbracht und sind viel Fahrrad gefahren. Eine Schifffahrt nach Bernkastel lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin für die angenehme Zeit.
