What you see online is what you get in person. It was a beautiful room and property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (they do struggle a bit speaking English, but they get their job done). It was a bonus that there is a full gym and lap pool that we had entirely to ourselves when we were there!

We stayed in villa 2, fantastic position near the restaurant and pool, the accommodation was lovely, the staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were amazing. The resort is built on a hill however a golf cart is always available to take you to the top part. We found it easier leaving and entering to use the bottom entrance. Would highly recommend

The hotel is very romantic excellent stay. Everyone super helpful and warm. Keep in mind don’t open your eyes under the pool as it has a combination of salt and chlorine that can make you see blurry for the rest of the day.

The resort including our Villa was absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The resort itself was peaceful and the views were to die for. The gym facility was pretty good for a resort gym and the new steam room and ice bath are a great addition to the resort. I would highly recommend Baku Karang to anyone wanting to have a relaxing holiday.

The restaurant staff were very kind and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool loungers were moldy. Found out we over paid for scooter rentals and day trip that was coordinated by staff. Steep hills from room to restaurant and pool area. We needed to call for rides all the time. They were kind and provided the rides in golf carts.

Beautiful hotel and grounds and view of the beach. Great lounging by the pool and getting drinks/food at The Deck and the neighbouring Thai restaurant 👌. The included breakfast every morning was absolutely fantastic. I booked 2 nights in adjoining one bedroom villas with friends/family, and I loved it so much that I decided to stay on for 2 more nights!
