  • Very modern, comfortable resort, built in 2019. Lembruch 10 km from the centre of Diepholz, 26 km from the centre of Vechta, 45 km from the centre of Osnabrück, on the lake, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: basketball, children's playground. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: restaurant, bar (all extra), kiosk. Parking at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Please note: suitable for families.
    "Haus S", 3-room house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, mosquito net, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
