"When we first arrived, I was a little worried- mild odor in older, remodeled hotel, poor Verizon service, intermittent WiFi, and very firm mattresses in our suite. The odor dissipated quickly with the windows open, the internet was better the next day, and apparently we sleep fine on firm mattresses. We would definitely stay there again because of the close proximity to Sequoia National Park, the kitchenette in our room (and shared kitchen elsewhere too), the free laundry area, and the free river access just a short walk away. You could really sense that there was a lot of work going on to make this place great (shared spaces would have just been another income generating room elsewhere). Our kids loved the game room too on a rainy day!"

"I couldn't physically make it to my hotel due to things out of my control. I contacted them as soon as I was able. I booked two nights. They refused even a partial refund for the second night. Took my money and I never set foot through the door. I understand the first night but the second is a joke. Avoid."

"A $200 night for a room with no microwave, broken tv and an ac with a dirty filter, checked in and the room was spacious, no complaints, turned the TV on and it was stuck on hotel ads, I called the front desk multiple times and no response, i went downstairs to ask for assistance, after the tech came in it took about 30 minutes until the issue was resolved, overall an hour of our time here wasted. We were told check out was at 11am so we had alarms set for 10:30, even with the do not disturb sign hung outside housekeeping knocked twice even after I told them no, and once more they knocked again, a single knock and just entered the room, I shouted that we were in here and they said sorry and left. Overall, not worth the stay."
