"During our visit, we experienced several issues that affected the overall comfort and value of our stay:Black mold present in the showersDead flies throughout the homeSignificant dust in multiple areasNo clearly designated place for recycling inside the housePots and pans in poor condition and not safe to cook withMultiple board games missing components (we checked six)Cobwebs covering the main floor fireplace areaBugs inside several light fixturesRecliners that were not functioningThe main floor noise level carried heavily to the lower level sleeping areasNone of the beds were comfortable for our groupHost told me after "Unfortunately, our cleaning lady was sick right before your arrival, and while we did our best to still have the home prepared." Host did nothing to rectify the experience. Also, required me to sign a 7 page rental after booking."

"We had a fantastic, relaxing stay! The cabin was adorable, very clean, modern, and they pack a lot into the small space so we had everything we could possibly need for our family of 4 and even extras for our dog. Communication was top notch, with a detailed booklet of local recommendations, very fast response time, and genuine friendliness and interest in making our trip great. The fire pit was perfect. The surrounding woods were quiet and serene with walking trails. Make sure you pack tick repellent if you plan to go further into the woods (the cabin and surrounding areas seemed to be fine and treated!). The location was far enough out to feel private and quiet, but close enough to easily pop over to shops or dining. We enjoyed everything about our trip!"
