Einfach schön!

Es war super schön dort. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad neuwertig und sauber. Die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmer waren gut. Es war keine Matratze durchgelegen. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Berge! Unsere Kinder konnten im Garten mit den Spielsachen und den Kindern der Vermieter mitspielen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Super Unterkunft, tolle Location und sehr nette Gastgeber

Superb Bavaria holidays

We experienced a fantastic time in the apartment. It is spacious, nicely furnished and has everything you need for self-catering holidays. The surroundings are quiet, outside the house there is a small playground which was extensively used by our child. Very well equipped supermarket can be reached by foot in 10-15 minutes (just few minutes by car). In the town and nearby there is plenty of hiking paths and there is a cable car to the mountain (also reachable by foot from the apartment). The Bavarian Alps are really beautiful, the whole region is simply fantastic. Not far from Lenggries there are beautiful lakes and mountains, in one hour it is possible to reach such places like Munich, Neuschwanstein or Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Overall, it was one of the best holidays apartments we ever rented. We highly recommend it.

Top Wohnung, nette Vermieterin, jederzeit wieder. FeWo-direkt nicht empfehlenswert!!

Unklarheiten konnten nur über die sehr freundliche Vermieterin geklärt werden. FeWo- direkt war dazu nicht in der Lage oder überhaupt nicht daran interessiert. Dafür wurden die Gebühren aber sehr schnell kassiert!!

The accommodation was very comfortable and well eqipped. The complimentary tickets up two mountains were a lovely bonus - and Brauneck especially is not to be missed. Stunning location with mountains either side. It was also lovely and quiet, the only sound you might hear of an evening are the cows moo-ing from the cow shed next door! Anni was prompt with her communication and really helpful. Would fully recommend.

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Alles drin was man braucht, wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sogar die kleine Details (Deko) stimmt. Fußbodenheitzung, große moderne Bad und alles super Zustand und sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in Ianuar. Sogar es gibt Schlitten die man benutzen darf. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder kommen.

attraktive Sommerferien mit Kindern

Das Quartier ist echt toll! Die Ausstattung ist super durchdacht und man fühlt sich rundherum wohl ! Wir kannten Lenggries bisher nur im Winter zum Skifahren. Umso begeisterter waren wir von unserem diesjährigen Sommerurlaub vor Ort. Es gibt tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Wandern vom Brauneck aus, Jachenau, Sylvenstein, Mittenwald, Garmisch mit Zugspitze und Partnachklamm, Walchensee mit Herzogstand. Sogar einen Ausflug nach Neuschwanstein und zur Wieskirche haben wir gemacht, ca.100 KM) Die Gästekarte Plus ist wirklich attraktiv ! (Jaudenhangflitzer, täglich Schwimmen in der Isarwelle, eine Fahrt auf den Brauneck) . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Einfach Ruhe!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) haben eine wundervolle Woche in Lenggries verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schon, gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir würden auch 5 Sterne vergeben, wenn wir neben den wirklich schönen Balkonmöbel wenigstens eine Liege vorhanden wäte , um auf dem Balkon (mit der wunderschönen Aussicht besser relaxen zu können. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau! Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder! Vielen Dank! Es war einfach schön!

Prima Bauernhofurlaub

Trotz sehr viel Regen hatten wir richtig tolle Tage im Tölzer Land. In der Ferienwohnung der Familie Heiß fühlten wir uns rundum wohl und wurden sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Unsere beiden Kinder (9 Monate, 3 3/4 Jahre) freuten sich auch über die vielen Kühe, die Hühner und die kleinen Babykatzen. Jeden Morgen konnten wir die leckere Milch genießen und außerdem auch mal frische Forellen aus der Zucht von nebenan. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder. M&B mit N&E

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung können wir ohne Wenn und Aber weiterempfehlen. Die Austattung war perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung Waxenstein wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Der Bergblick vom Balkon dieser Wohnung ist eingeschränkt. Wer hierauf Wert legt, sollte die Wohnung Grasleiten wählen. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit Wanderungen beginnen. Die Bergbahn zum Brauneck ist ca. 1 km entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Bereicherung ist die Gästekarte Plus, die im Preis inbegriffen ist. Empfehlenswert ist die an der Isar gelegene Pizzeria Luna Piena mit schönem Freibereich.
