Stunning modern ranch style home in the heart of Lenoir City Tennessee. When you first step through the door you will see the beautiful vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace ,and open airy layout.

The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances.

The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake.
The space
Love the cozy feel of a farm house, or a luxury modern feel? This is the perfect place for you! The living room is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or play board games with friends. Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining your guest.

Sit back and relax on the front porch and take in the vast mountain views.

Looking to work from home? Our internet clocks download speeds of over 400mbs. Perfect for those zoom calls and other business needs.

Enjoy our master bedroom which features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tile shower. Our other two guest beads feature queen beds in each room. In addition we have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests.

Walk out to our backyard patio where at night you can relax by the fire pit under the lights.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to be the next top chef!

The living room is furnished with a nice 70 inch flat-screen smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to things like: coffee, a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.

While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy to get around.

Best booking!

This place was the perfect option while attending a local wedding. Rooms are huge and give you plenty of space to spread out. 5 minutes from major chains but a very quiet neighborhood! Loved our stay.

This is a beautiful home and property! Top notch furnishings and layout. Super clean and accommodating. The area was close to restaurants and gas stations. Easy access for check in and check out. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Nice little home

We didn’t spend time during the day in the house as we have lots of family in the area. It was good for sleeping and preparing simple meals. The couch was decently comfortable and the outside patio furniture helped us enjoy the Tennessee sunshine.

Beautiful, relaxing property!

Had five wonderful days at this home. It was a perfect place to relax when not checking out the local sites. Had everything we needed and more. Really loved the King bed in the master suite, very comfy. Would highly recommend if staying in the Lenoir City or surrounding areas.

Perfect wedding weekend

This home is absolutely beautiful. Loved the new decor in every room. Our daughter got married in TN at Castleton Farms and this house was perfect to accommodate 6-7 people. Would definitely recommend.

Wedding Trip

This was the perfect place for our family - us, son-in-law, daughter, and granddaughter - to have as a base during a busy weekend when we all were involved in a wedding. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we all had our own personal space. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful and CLEAN Lenoir City house close to everything!

This house was perfect for my family to stay at while we were in town for a family wedding. It was so modern, clean, and had all the amenities that you need. The location was perfect, and close to airport, shopping, restaurants, etc. The owner's communication was fantastic, and they made sure all my questions were answered very timely. I highly recommend this house, and would defitnietly stay there again if ever back in Lenoir City area!!

Just as pictured. Love the lay out of the home and decor. Didn’t really hang out there too much for we were planning a wedding for our daughter. Nice neighborhood and big yard fairly level too. Would recommend to other family members or friends.

Spacious and large bedrooms

Love that it was one level, a 2 of 5 of our party have difficulty with stairs. The bedrooms are very good size. Great that it has an air up mattress to allow for additional accommodations, however we didn't find any extra sheets for the mattress. Appreciated having a walk-in shower, however we would've like several more wash clothes, since there were 5 of us.

Wedding in Oak Ridge

My sisters, two husbands, and a niece were able to make a reunion out of this wedding trip, coming from Tennessee, Missouri, and Texas. Both the living room and dining room were comfortable places for us to gather, sort photos, etc. We also enjoyed the patio (though it got pretty hot in late June; an umbrella would help). The house does accommodate six easily, seven if you use the couch. It wasn't quite the mountain view I expected, but it is a nice neighborhood with big yards all around, so we had the privacy we needed. And the kitchen accommodated our needs. Thank you!

Perfect place for a weekend

We were attending a sporting event in Oak Ridge and stayed here for the weekend (3 adults). The house layout is perfect for privacy — 2 of the bedrooms are on one side of the house, and the master is on the other. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood minutes from grocery stores and main roads. The kitchen was spotless! We were able to make dinner and breakfast with no issues — if you do need something more specific for a meal (e.g., a blender or gadget), I’d just check with the owners to make sure it’s there. (This is not a negative, just an observation) but the kitchen has the basics but not super full of extras (e.g., aluminum foil, etc.). The beds were sooo comfy and the water pressure was amazing — we all want those things, right? ;) We would all definitely stay here again in a minute!
