Everyone was welcoming and nice. The bartender, I believe his name was Nick? Made great drinks. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was spotless and cozy. I was very pleased to be able to control the temperature as I like to sleep in a cool room. The shower and sink products are lovely -- especially the moisturizer for cold weather skin. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant -- beautiful decor, delicious cocktails, amazing food, everything we ordered was great!

We had a wonderful stay for New Years with our three kids. The location is perfect for snow tubing and skiing at Bosquet Mountain. Easy to get to downtown Lenox for all the restaurants and close to other towns. All the staff were very kind. We only had dinner at the restaurant and it was ok, the flat bread was delicious, my son loved the wings, but my chicken was very dry. There was a long wait time for food, they did give us the heads up. It seems like they are still working out the restaurant and flow of the kitchen. The bar is really nice and ambiance of the restaurant and club room. It would be nice if they added a mat in the room for snow boots and more hooks in the bathroom for wet skii clothes to hang. We look forward to going back again next winter.

Great place. It is a converted motel but done nicely with what looks like a new addition. The lobby/lounge/dining area is great to hang out in at the end of the day. Helpful and pleasant staff. A great value for the area and an easy drive to other restaurants or towns.

Very nicely renovated converted motel with extremely comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with good products. The bar/restaurant area is a very cool space. Doesn’t seem like a lot of people hang out there extremely good value for a comfortable hotel room, but not sure I’d wanna hang out there for long length of time.
