"Excellent property, lovely spa and swimming pool. Gym was very well equipped and better than many 5 stars we have stayed in previously. The entire stay was lovely, very comfortable beds. Only one setback was that unfortunately shower gel was empty and hair conditioner was on its last pump when we checked in, after asking front desk to refill we did not fine it refilled when we returned to our room. We would still return and stay again if we ever have to fly out of SAW."

"Location wqs good but my washroom wasnt that good until i asked for a room change. I encourage the hotel staff to daily clean the room and replace towels and washroom soaps and shampoo."
