Lenzkirch - very cozy apartment - south-facing balcony - centrally in a quiet side street

The apartment (56 m²) is cozy and lovingly furnished with real wood furniture in a modern Black Forest style.
(Newly renovated in spring 2018)
It consists of a living-dining room with a south-facing balcony with awning and high-quality, comfortable garden furniture.
In the living room there is the possibility to create two additional sleeping places with the pull-out (sleeping) sofa.
The small but functional kitchen is directly connected to the dining table for four people via a serving hatch (dishwasher available).
The bedroom and the bathroom start from a large hall.
In addition to the toilet, the bathroom also has a bath with shower and a washing machine (dry cellar is available).
Your car is safely parked in a covered carport.
You can also use the garden and the roof terrace.
