Simply one of the most elegant and stately hotels I’ve stayed in. The city of Leon is equally stunning with its churches, city scapes and restaurants. Highly recommend both the hotel and city.

Magical closter that has a roqmntic feel like ateppong back in time , treat yourself to one of the rooms named after the months of the year, open the window and listen to the live guitarist after a gorgeous meal served next to.the fountain in the courtyard Really resonable priced as breakfast and parking included

Great location, wonderful staff, clean and well renovated. Breakfast was plentiful and great. Parking on site albeit a little confusing to drive through the square because it is a ZTL area. But they will report your plate number to the city on check in and check out.

A lovely 1 night stay

Beautiful conversion of an historic building right in the centre of Leon, walking distance to the huge choice of bars & restaurants. Not easy to find if driving, but worth it when you do, car park is a huge plus. Room was v nice & comfortable and breakfast was pretty good, cold selection better than the hot. The staff on reception were excellent & the hotel v clean. We loved Leon!

Comfortable and recently renovated.

Hotel is lovely, comfortable room, however it got very noisy from about 5am. We were in room 30. I think maybe there was some sort of water heating system near our room as we would intermittently hear a pumping type sound until we eventually just decided to get up. Otherwise the room was lovely and the bed was very nice. Location was convenient. Breakfast was basic but that's OK. The tortilla de patata was delicious!

Absolutely out of the ordinary experience. Rooms are super comfortable, with excellent temperature control, and with excellent water pressure in the bathroom. If you want an experience in an exceptionally well maintained establishment with truly unique character, this is the place for you. Parking is easy and right next door. Bars/restaurants within very easy walking distance.

The staff wete lovely and there was plenty of free parking. Close to all amenities which was great and a lovely town to visit. Rooms were nice with great aurcon. My only complaint was the bathroom stank of smoke. Disappointing. Other than that would use again.

Great location, beautiful property, staff is courteous. AC does not work. Also the property is very old, which is nice, it makes you feel you are living in another time. But please, clean the furniture. You see dust on top of the furniture and decorations. Also there is no refrigerator or iron in the rooms. Overall, had a good stay, but will not be coming back.

A Gem of a Hotel, with a Hiccup

Lovely place, an easy walk to the cathedral and Calle Ancha. Luscious bedding. So glad we stayed here! Our GPS did a terrible job of directing us to the location, but it was well worth the effort. Oops … woke up to no room heat, no hot water. Wanted to get an early start, but the staff said it was fixed and would take about an hour to get up to snuff. No way to heat water for early tea and coffee.

A Great Stay in a Great Hotel

Small hiccup at Check-In as my booking amendment for one of the rooms was showing as a cancellation. However, the staff member resolved the problem to my satisfaction. The rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable. We found the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good with a decent variety of produce. My only disappointment; that the hotel has no bar. It world have been perfect to enjoy a cool evening drink in the courtyard before dinner. Otherwise, we enjoyed a wonderful stay in a well-run, attractive hotel in one of Spain's great cities.

Great Hotel. Make sure you get parking directions as you have to drive in to the old walled town which is mainly for pedestrians. The one way system in Leon is a nightmare and Sat Nav does not allow into the walled town area and you end up in a loop. The Hotel is worth it when you get there, secure parking and in the heart of the sights. A brilliant building full of history with great staff.
