The worst experience ever. This place was nasty, as soon as you come into the rooms it smells like mold. I rented two rooms and both of them were dirty. The tv was not working and every time I would ask the girl she would tell me oh of course it’s working. Front desk had the worst attitude. The only nice, polite and helpful person here was the security guard. I would never stay here again. I recommend to not stay here.

Positive: Convenient location for things I needed to do near the stadium. Maid kept my room clean and well attended. Restaurant food/buffet was ok; service good; I ate there twice. Wifi was consistent. Had hot water for shower. Negative: Toilet tank did not want to refill. Some parts were replaced but still toilet did not refill consistently. Even with my manually filling the tank the toilet would not always fully flush. I used the lobby bathroom but found no toilet paper available one occasion. I did ask for a room assignment but was refused. Told the toilet would be fixed. Elevator…the only one adjacent to the lobby and rooms that I could see…wasn’t working for two days. Had to use the stairs…four flights. Stairs have some missing and loose tiles; trip hazards. Carpet is well worn in hallways with some holes. After three nights, I departed early to stay in another area hotel. Was potentially planning to extend…but certainly not given my experience!

Plumber at work…unfortunately toilet not fixed to function properly.

Es un hotel de fácil acceso, el desayuno básico pero rico, la cama donde me quedé tenía ya un hueco y eso hacía que fuera incómoda pero cambiándome de lado se solucionó el problema.

Aunque el desayuno es bueno, les hace falta un poco de más variedad, la habita pon estaba limpia y confortable, solicite a Sra. De limpieza, de cuarto, si podría, realizar la limpieza y aunque no tocaba aun, lo hizo don problema, eso me gustó ya que estaba haciendo un trabajo por Internet... Y si el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, lo que hizo mi estancia fresca y cómoda...

El buffet de desayuno no es muy amplio, pero es rico, los chilaquiles me gustaron y los jugos también, la habitación limpia, la alberca limpia aunque llena a la mitad, la habitación tenía plancha y secadora de cabello, muy utiles para mi estancia, las camas cómodas, en general todo muy bien

Ya me he quedado en el hotel, tiene muy buena ubicación y el precio es accesible, sin embargo el hotel ya se siente viejo, necesita renovarse, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable, tuve que apagarlo, el buffet no es nada bueno.
