We had a wonderful stay! The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is brand new, spotless, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool is beautiful—a perfect place to relax. The location is also very convenient if you’re traveling through León/Bajío Airport. It’s just a short drive from downtown León and close to the fairgrounds, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

As soon as we walked in to the hotel, everyone was so helpful, kind, and attentive. The service really was a 10/10! The food was just as good and very varied. Good location as you are walking distance to the zoo, convenience stores, and center.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded expectations. Parking was easy and stress-free, the property was spotless, and every staff member provided exceptional service. Reception was welcoming and attentive, while the bar and restaurant served amazing drinks and delicious food. A special thank you to the bellboy, who went above and beyond — even helping my elderly mother safely cross the street, which meant so much to us. The location was also perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and would give more than 5 stars if I could
