The kitchen has quality Smeg appliances and a separate bar with a drinks fridge, opening onto the enormous outdoor entertaining space. Inside, be warmed by the locally made Ned Kelly Fireplace in the centre of the home, as well as large panel heater in the kitchen area and some portable heaters throughout. As well as a beautiful outdoor dining space, Leonards Hill House also features a games room with bar area, ping pong table and wood heater.

The property overlooks the Wombat State Forest, and lies within close proximity to several local points of interest, including Sault Restaurant, Leonards Hill Estate and Sailors Falls.
