"The hotel itself was very clean, bed comfortable, and quite spacious. The only addition which would have been beneficial would have been a mini fridge, as my room did not have one. It was nice to have the addition of the gym, which was very clean, and had well maintained equipment. The location of the hotel was convenient, with public transport links, shops, and restaurants nearby. However, it was also not far to walk into the main centre. Staff were helpful although my interactions with them were limited. Overall I would highly recommend! "

"Obrigada pela experiência! Nosso quarto era perfeito e o hotel era lindo. O cafe da manhã estava delicioso com muitas opções de comidas e bebidas (pão de queijo, coxinhas, goiabada, doce de leite.... eles têm de tudo!) Uma recomendação é .... experimente uma caipirinha! Muito saboroso e bem Brasileira! "

I will say, I think the room ran a little warm -- it was December and I had to crack open a window because the room felt stuffy. The TV was definitely from a decade or two ago. The staff were usually not at the desk..."

"Environment is pretty charming and cool. Full of young people. Room is ok, bed comfortable and breakfast ok. Location is convenient, walking distance from the metro. I didn’t rate 5 stars just because I had some alergic reaction (perhaps due to polen?)"

"The room and bathroom were excellent, spacious and clean. The attention to the room was less good: the safe did not work and needed to be fixed, the temperature control likewise, the conditioner and coffee both ran out and were not replaced, the room was not serviced on one occasion until 4.30."

"Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."
