There was a potentially nice outdoor deck (to sit) but it was not well cared for with peeling paint, torn chairs, some rotting wood, and vines growing over the surface. Reception was very pleasant & helpful and breakfast did not offer hot items but had adequate cold choices. Overall the stay was comfortable."

"2 star motel with a million dollar view and wonderful owners who have had the location for 50 years. Somewhat dated, but to us, it was part of the charm, a piece of history, can't help just appreciating the simplicity, also, sea food chowder at their home cooked restaurant was delicious!! Of you appreciate basic rustic charm, family run establishments, highly recommend!!! I've stayed at castles, chateaus all over Europe, and felt just as comfortable here! Go for it!"

"Where do we start? The property was amazing- although beautiful and accurate, the pictures in the listing don’t do the layout and premium finishes of the home justice. It is gorgeous, functional and affords plenty of space for a family to spend time together or retire to their own room without any outside distractions.The yard is expansive, the hot tub is the perfect touch and the views never get old.The host is exceptional, helpful without being over-bearing and treats you like a long lost family member. The home could not have been cleaner and every possible incidental (and then some) within arm’s reach. Speaking of which- what a spectacular kitchen to make meals and hang out in. The appliances are top tier, the pots, pans and cutlery are premium quality and there is an abundance of cutting boards, dishes, gadgets, etc.5 star experience from booking through checkout!"
