"Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! There were ants in the room and mold on the walls. And we get a...
