"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool. "The hotel spa itself is fine but the location is just horrible and should be disclosed. It is set on the outskirts of the town on an industrial estate opposite a cement works and with a bottle bank behind. The room was fine. The restaurant was ok although they served the absolute worst tartiflette i have ever head in my 34 years of living in France. It was also rather expensive for what it was but the staff were charming. I would bot recommend it or ever stay there again."

"I visited with my 16 year old son for a weeks skiing. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. The ski shop/ boot room is really convenient, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gondola from the shop to Bergers makes access to the slopes quick and easy. I will visit again."
