Direct entrance into the living room with lounge area (sofa, TV), equipped kitchen area (3 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator), bedroom (double bed), closet, shower room/WC. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (one double bed each), mezzanine overlooking the living room with sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves. 150m from the ski lifts and slopes, 400m from shops. Parquet flooring. Individual electric heating. Glazed veranda. Garage No. 3 (middle garage).
