Just a 4-minute walk from the slopes, this 18th-century farmhouse includes a 4-star main house and two 3-star duplexes in the former barn. Enjoy absolute tranquility and spectacular views. Relax in the south-facing garden with a swing, or on one of three furnished terraces overlooking the mountains and lake. There are three free parking spaces, a secure courtyard ideal for children, a barbecue, gas plancha, two storage rooms for skis and bikes, three washing machines, two dryers, and three extra refrigerators.



The main house features a spacious living area with sofas, TV, and streaming service, plus a large dining room for group meals. The fully equipped kitchen offers tableware for 22, a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, raclette and fondue sets, babycook, and food processor. There are two suites with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with toilets, a family room with a large double bed and two trundle beds, a twin room with a desk, a third shower room with toilet, and a separate fourth toilet.



Each duplex has a living room with sofas, TV, DVD player, and streaming service, a kitchen with raclette and fondue sets, dishwasher, oven, and fridge, a shower room with toilet, one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom, and a mezzanine bedroom (double or twin beds) accessed by a Japanese staircase.
