  • Happy to welcome you in my modern house of 90 m2 in a quiet area. .
    Your cozy & luminous room with bed in 140 × 200 and dressing.
    A bathroom / WC for you.
    10 minutes by car from the TGV station and Avignon. For professional reasons or for leisure, you will have 1 parking space in front of the house, bus stop 120m from the residence.
    Shops nearby, sea at 1h10.
    You can enjoy Regional Festivals: Avignon In & OFF, Nîmes.
    Or historical monuments Palace of the Popes, Pont du Gard, Tour Philipe le Bel.
    Shower room / WC.
    You have access to the open kitchen, living room with TV and dining room, which we will share.
    Washing machine and washing machine at extra charge.
    Feel free to contact me for any further information.
    We will be able to share moments of exchange if you wish, as well as to live in peace and independence.
    Small residence in a very calm district. The town has all the useful shops (banks, post office, cafes, Saturday market, Carrefour market, Spar and Grand Leclerc) and public transport.
    Near Avignon and its free car parks (the Italians, and Piot Island) and the TGV station 10 minutes by car.
