Private garden with deckchair table and electric barbecue. Pets accepted and on the spot. Bus 200 metres. Ideal for the Avignon festival. 1 hour from Montpellier 30 minutes from Nimes and Orange.

Le logement est parfait: propre, confortable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Si vous venez en train, il y a un bus qui va de la gare à l’appartement. Il n’y a que quelques minutes de marche entre l’arrêt et la maison. Juste à côté il y a un petit supermarché et une boulangerie. Très très pratique lorsqu’on n’est pas véhiculé ! La piscine est parfaite ! On peut y passer des heures sans s’ennuyer ! L’environnement de la piscine est pensé avec des transats et un parasol qui permettent d’être confortable même par fortes chaleurs.Mais la mention spéciale est pour l’accueil de Vanessa et de sa famille. Vanessa nous a accueillies comme des membres de sa famille. Elle a eu plein de petites attentions vraiment adorables ! C’est une très bonne hôtesse : souriante, agréable, disponible, à l’écoute…. Merci à elle de nous avoir permis de vivre le festival dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

Endroit formidable, très propre, bien frais (climatisation et piscine), avec beaucoup d’espace puisque l’on a une sorte de petite cour privée. Hôtesse d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité qui répond toujours très vite aux demandes. Les deux (gros) chiens des propriétaires sont très bien éduqués et j’ai aimé jouer avec eux et leur faire des câlins. J’ai passé 5 jours dans ce studio pendant le festival d’Avignon, et j’ai pris le bus pour y aller: de jour, il passe toutes les 20 minutes et arrive en un quart d’heure; le soir, c’est une des rares lignes ouvertes jusqu’à 1h du matin durant le festival, même si par contre il n’y a plus qu’un bus par heure. Finalement, il y a beaucoup de choses à proximité: resto et boulangerie à 5 minutes à pieds, supérette à 15. Je retournerai assurément là si je reviens à Avignon!

Très bien reçu par Vanessa .Location qui correspondait en tout point avec le site Abritel .Calme avec beaucoup de commodités à deux pas .Vanessa discrète et toujours prête à rendre notre séjours agréable . Thierry & Anne .

Kleines Apartment mit dem, was man braucht

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, niedlicher Hund, effektive Klimaanlage, ruhig, das Apartment ist klein aber effizient aufgeteilt. Lediglich das Sofabett hat mir als großem und schweren Menschen etwas Probleme bereitet. Die Lage ist sicherlich nicht die Beste, aber man erreicht von dort seine Ziele schnell. Zu empfehlen!

Vous venez pour visiter Avignon, vous reviendrez pour vos hôtes !

Nous n'avions qu'un petit week-end pour découvrir Avignon et ses alentours mais Vanessa a su nous guider pour optimiser notre séjour. Le logement est très agréable et nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous... ou plutôt reçus par de la famille <3 Je recommande évidemment ce logement :)
