Located 400 m from the beach of Anlets d'Arlets, La Villa Baie des Anses will enchant your stay in Martinique.
It enjoys an exceptional view and you will find all the comforts to spend an excellent holiday with your feet on the most beautiful beaches of the island and at the edge of a swimming pool also with its sun loungers available.

The Baie des Anses villa (top of a fully independent villa with private entrance) is made up of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom including walk-in shower and wc and furniture with storage.

An equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace, a sunny relaxation area with sea view.

The living room is equipped with an electric chair perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. You have access to satellite channels, wifi.

Lieu très spacieux et bien équipé avec une vue de la terrasse à couper le souffle.

Séjour très agréable.un hôte au petit soin pour une arrivée un dimanche où tous les magasins sont fermés il avait tout prévu. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Nice stay in Martinique at Anse d'Arlets

We had a great stay at this rental house. It’s located in a pleasant and peaceful area, though be prepared for a steep hill to get there—a car is definitely required. The house itself is a bit old but clean and very practical. The mosquito nets in the bedrooms were essential, as was the AC, which made our stay much more comfortable. The view was exactly as shown in the pictures, and we really appreciated Gilbert’s warm welcome. He greeted us with a bottle of liquor, fresh fruit, bread, and milk, which was a lovely touch after our travels. The closest big grocery store is about a 30-minute drive away, but the house had everything we needed to make our stay both pleasant and safe. Overall, a good place to stay if you're looking for a quiet retreat with great hospitality.

Séjour agreable

Villa agréable, spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Notre hôte, Gilbert, a été à notre écoute et nous a gentillement offert des fruits frais et du rhum dans le frigo. Bonne literie. Le seul bémol est la lumière blanche blafarde dans la maison. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Adresse à retenir

Vu imprenable sur les Anses d Arlets. Logement bien équipé et bien aménagé. Quartier calme et belle piscine . Toutefois quelques améliorations seraient un plus pour le logement. Petit meuble pour la salle de bains , rideaux occultants dans les chambres , ventilateur dans la salle de vie . Porte de la douche à changer. Bon échange avec le propriétaire.

Séjour Anses d'Arlet

Très bel endroit paisible avec des atouts importants pour que les résidents des autres villages viennent pour y observer poissons et coraux. La villa est bien mais il y a place encore à des améliorations pour en faire un vrai 4 étoiles selon moi. Certains items comme la cuisinière et l'éclairage sont désuets mais heureux que la place soit la propriété d'un vrai martiniquais d'origine que l'on peut encourager.

location Anse d'Arlet

Très beau logement, confortable, bien aménagé, une très belle vue sur le village et la mer. on peut aller à la plage à pied mais la remontée est pour les courageux, si non en voiture à environ 400m. 3 autres plages grand anse, anse Dufour et anse noire où vous pourrez nager avec les tortues tout près du bord. Magnifique séjour et l'hôte vous accueille formidablement bien. Je recommande!

La description de la maison correspond à nos attentes.

Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux avec des petites attentions à notre intention. Merci à eux. Il faudrait juste mettre des patins sous les chaises afin d'éviter le bruit pour les personnes qui partagent la maison à l'étage du dessous ou du dessus.

Belle propriété qui est très bien située , à revoir pour une des chambres la sdb notamment la douche et pour l autre la tablette du miroir . Et peut être une climatisation dans la pièce principale.

Belle maison avec tout le nécessaire. Belle attention du propriétaire qui nous a fait des petites courses pour le 1er jour. Maison très propre, bien située et la piscine est un atout. Dommage que le temps n'était pas entièrement de notre côté.

Charmante maison bien équipée

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Gilbert qui a été très facilement joignable et très accueillant, pensant même à nous laisser notre premier petit déjeuner et quelques boissons comme nous sommes arrivés tard le soir. La maison est bien décorée, bien équipée et fonctionnelle, complètement conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce. De nombreux linges de lits et de douche nous ont été fournis à notre arrivée. Gilbert s'est même organisé à notre demande pour que nous puissions disposer d'un lit bébé et d'un matelas supplémentaire pour notre petite fille. Il y avait une chaise haute donc c'est une maison très adaptée pour venir avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine dans le contrebas de la maison est très agréable et bien entretenue. Peut être les seuls petits bémols sont l'absence de volets dans les chambres et quelques petits soucis dans les salles de bain, dans l'une l'eau avait du mal à s'écouler et la salle de bain était vite inondée. Nous ne l'avons donc plus utilisée pour la fin du séjour mais il y en avait heureusement une 2ème. Par contre, dans cette seconde salle de bain, la porte de la douche se déboitait, peut être due à une mauvaise utilisation des vacanciers qui ne l'ont pas signalé au propriétaire avant. Mis à part ces quelques détails, nous recommandons ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, bon rapport qualité/prix et propriétaire accueillant et réactif.
