Located 20 min from Frejus beach and 25 min to Ste Maxime, surrounded by Saint-Roseline's famous vineyards (15 min walk to wine tasting). Excellent bike paths and forest walks starting from house. The property features a large heated pool with full privacy and spectacular views. The house has a charming interior (200m2 airconditioned) on three floors with four bedrooms, two kitchens and two balconies and large open space by the pool with table tennis, BBQ etc. 4 bicycles. TGV 10 min. Nice 45 min
