• Contract + house rules to be signed on arrival
• Provide CNI + RC certificate of each occupant before the stay
• Weekly visit of the interior by the owner if staying > 7 days
• Maintenance of the exteriors every 2 days
• Strict compliance with the declared number of occupants (immediate exclusion in case of non-compliance)
• No drinking, eating, smoking in the pool
• Hair tied back mandatory in the water
• Do not place anything on wooden furniture
• Unsecured swimming pool – child supervision mandatory
• No monoi, oils or creams before swimming
