Pretty single-storey 90 m² single-family house (South orientation), bright and spacious for 4 people + 1 baby (cot and high chair): in the small village les massots (07140 LES ASSIONS) in southern Ardèche, well located 8 minutes between two very touristy villages: Les Vans and Joyeuse. • one bedroom (160x200 bed) • one bedroom (140x200 bed) • LED flat TV • Bathroom (bath with shower) • Well-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, iron ironing board • Large 2000 m2 outdoor area with garden tables and 1 electric plancha and 1 charcoal barbecue. • On-site parking space • inertia radiators and summer fans • Etc ... bed linen (sheets and blankets + a bath towel) and shower soap are provided except bathroom linen Supermarket U (Les Vans ) is 2km away. The house has a Wifi connection. 1500m from the Chassezac river, numerous cultural, sporting activities (canoeing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding) and leisure activities nearby. Restaurants, shops, bars. The Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave at around 29km, The Bois de Païolive at 2.7km. Our companion friends are welcome, but the site is not fenced. long-term rental possible year-round except July and August

Bon séjour dans la maison. Maison refaite avec goût, agréable et très bien agencée. Il manque juste un transat pour les "lève tôt" comme moi ! A noter maison proche d une route très passante en été.

Mooie moderne woning

Fijne tijd gehad in dit huis. Ondanks dat het vlak bij de weg ligt, heb je het gevoel dat je heel vrij zit. De woning is modern en netjes ingericht. Je kan zien dat de eigenaar er veel zorg aan besteed heeft. Ook “ons” konijn, die iedere dagwaarde te eten kwam halen, vonden we geweldig! De weg geeft overdag wel wat herrie, maar s’nachts, vooral met de luiken dicht, heb je er geen last van. De eigenaar was niet in de buurt, maar bij problemen, kan je bellen of what’s appen en wordt je snel geholpen. De omgeving is erg mooi! Geweldige natuur en gezellige plaatsjes. Een aanrader!

Maison en retrait de l'habitation du propriétaire laissant une autonomie et une tranquillité au locataire.Intérieur propre ,bien entretenu, assez simple.Equipement electrique (cuisinière,réfrigérateur et petit équipement)tout à fait satisfaisant.La literie est exellente et nous avons passé de bonnes nuits.La situation de la maison permet de nombreuses visites:, peu éloignée des vans pour le ravitaillement, près de beaux villages(balazuc,labeaume,largentière et autres)pour les visites. De plus ,la proximité du chassezac pour la baignade est idéale.Donc location sans chichis mais idéale pour les vacances.

A fine house with everything in it for a nice vacation and very attentive owner

Prima vakantiehuis: woonkamer met zithoek, 2 slaapkamers met ieder een breed tweepersoonsbed en goed matras. Badkamer OK, goed voorziene ruime aparte keuken, overal goede verwarming. Groot terras, tuinmeubelen aanwezig. Veel ruimte om het huis heen. Op korte (auto-)afstand van supermarkt en dorpjes (Les Vans, Joyeuse) met restaurants.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Maison propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La terrasse avec son auvent nous a permis de passer de nombreux repas à l'ombre dans le jardin devant la superbe vue. Un peu de bruit malgré tout avec le passage des voitures que l'on entend de dehors mais qui ne dérangent pas la nuit (bonne isolation). Le grand jardin a fait le bonheur des enfants. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui se sont montrés serviables au début et à la fin du séjour.

Maison conforme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La déco est certes un peu datée mais la maison est agréable avec une mention spéciale pour la literie de bonne qualité ! Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et attentionnés et la région est belle. La maison est située entre Les Vans et Joyeuse et non loin de Balazuc... qui sont de très beaux endroits ou flâner et à visiter. La maison est conforme a nos attentes ! Merci !

Très bon séjour dans gîte confortable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le gîte des Assions. Nous avons apprécié le calme d'une maison dans une belle propriété, le confort et une belle vue !!! Idéalement situé pour faire de belles randos!!! Proche du Pont d'Arc et de la Caverne . Gîte très bien agencé . Nous avons hâte de revenir...

Résidence de vacances parfaite !

Accueil et présentation de la propriété très agréable. Pour une résidence secondaire, elle est super équipée. Micro-onde, frigo congélateur, 2 cafetières, bouilloire, lave-linge, etc... Même une table de ping-pong et une plancha !!! Notre séjour a été plus qu'agréable, quel plaisir d'entendre les cigales et de profiter pleinement de la terrasse. A refaire absolument.

Maison agréable et spacieuse. Excellent accueil.

Grande maison confortable. Bien que située proche de la route c est calme. Bien équipée tant côté cuisine que côté salon. Au garage des raquettes et une table de ping pong. Nous n y avons passé que 3 jours hélas mais c est une adresse que nous conservons car nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
