Gite in a house in joint ownership including the accommodation of the owners. Single storey cottage with access by 4 steps including: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (3 single beds / 1 double bed), a bathroom (bath with shower rod ), Separate WC. Terrace. Box in the basement for a car. In the heart of a hamlet at the entrance to the resort, this cottage is spacious and functional, furnished in a mountain style and warm. A box for a car in the basement in a closed garage is at your disposal as well as an individual ski room closed on the terrace. You will appreciate the proximity of the resort center on foot or by taking a free shuttle In all seasons, with its terrace and its red parasol, facing south, this cottage offers an unobstructed view of the resort and the mountains. Skiers will appreciate the proximity of the Lanchettes chairlift to discover the ski area linked to St François-Longchamp.

    Mooi en goed gelegen huis.

    Het huis zelf is ruim, goed en volledig ingericht en warm. De locatie is perfect, op een paar minuten lopen van de Lanchetteslift, tien minuutjes van het centrum en de skibus voor de deur. De ondergrondse parkeergarage is een grote plus. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Enige nadelen: de verlichting is niet zo gezellig (erg wit ) en er zijn wat weinig glazen, maar wel genoeg mokken en wijnglazen. Nadelen: de ontvangsprocedure is niet handig. Van tevoren moet je via e-mail laten weten hoe laat je ongeveer aankomt, maar wij kregen daar geen reactie op. Na veel pogingen kregen we telefonisch contact en toen bleek dat we de sleutel in het centrum moesten ophalen. Uiteindelijk kregen we wel hulp daarbij van de eigenaar die er wel woont, maar dit niet zelf regelt. We hadden niet goed gekeken bij het uitpakken en toen we naar bed wilden bleek dat er geen beddengoed was, hoewel we dat wel apart hadden toegevoegd aan de reservering. De eerste nacht sliepen we dus onder kale dekbedden en op een molton. Gelukkig werd dat de volgende dag wel opgelost. Ik hoop maar dat ze wel gezien hebben dat ik ook nog 80 euro voor de eind schoonmaak heb betaald. Verder hebben wij een perfecte vakantie in Valmorel gehad en zouden we zo weer boeken. Alleen de communicatie rondom de aankomst moet verbeterd worden.
