- Spacious divisible 33m² studio ideally located in Hameau du Mottet (Rochecombe residence), recently redecorated and well laid out—perfect for 4 or 5 guests. Enjoy all the essentials and comforts of home.
LOCATION:
Ski out directly to the Pierrafort or Planchamp gondolas—your choice! Ski back to the door. Just above the ESF and its meeting point. Steps from the Télébourg for easy access to Hameau de Creve-Coeur or the village center.
DESCRIPTION:
Internet: fiber and TV box.
LIVING/SLEEPING AREA (single beds): Spacious area with a large corner bench that converts into 3 single beds (80cm x 190cm). Large closet and fabric boxes under the bench for storage.
SLEEPING AREA: Real double bed (140cm x 200cm) on a raised platform with plenty of storage underneath. New, quality bedding. Beautiful mountain view. All beds have duvets, pillows, and cotton protectors.
DINING AREA: Cozy dining space with a large bench for family meals. Large entrance closet with hanging space and ample storage.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with electric hobs, oven, dishwasher. Small appliances: filter coffee maker, French press, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker. Raclette and fondue sets (in the bench).
BATHROOM: Bathroom with bathtub, large sink, and space under the sink to dry ski or snow boots. Washing machine.
BALCONY: Large balcony with views of the village and mountains.
Also available: board games, vinyl and Bluetooth player, basic cleaning products, stick vacuum, condiments.
