  • Villa Cytise (altitude 300m) is less than 15 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, and the beach of Etang-Salé: its location represents a good compromise between the South and West of the island, as well as the Plains, the Volcano or the Cirque de Cilaos.
    Les Avirons, the town where the Villa is located, is halfway between Saint-Paul and Saint-Pierre where the two largest fairground markets on the island take place.
    Other points of interest in the area (between 5 and max 30 minutes): golf, animal parks (Kelonia, turtle garden, Crocparc), the Gouffre, Stella museum, the Domaine des cocos, cinema (Ciné Grand Sud), St-Leu beach, Tévelave village (starting point for hikes),...
