Very beautiful residence "Arcelle", 7 storeys. In the centre of la station, in a busy position, 100 m from the skiing area, in a pedestrian area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public car park at 50 m, extra. E-charging station. Shop 1 m, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 2 m, bakery 15 m, café 5 m, pedestrian zone 2 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 20 m. Sports centre 5 m, chair lift 50 m, gondola lift 150 m, skisport facilities 70 m, slopes 100 m, ski rental 2 m, ski bus stop 15 m, ski school 40 m, cross country ski track 1 km, ice rink 150 m. Nearby attractions: Les Menuires 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 3 Vallées. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du lou 1 km, Lac Menuires 800 m. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. nous louons regulierement cet appartement bien situe belle vue proche des commerces et piscine .seul bemol le soir et durant la nuit la rue peut etre tres bruyante les fetards se lachent
