Beautiful, comfortable holiday development "Les Montagnettes Lombarde & Soleil". 800 m from the centre of Val Thorens, 10 km from the centre of Les Ménuires, in a sunny position on a slope, directly by the skiing area. Communal covered parking (extra), public parking extra. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 190 cm. Slopes 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 3 Vallées. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.
"Montagnettes Lombarde", 4-room terraced house 95 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: large living room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Bathroom, shower, sep. WC. Heating. Top floor: 1 open large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 50 - 200 cm with 4 beds and hand-basin. Balcony, south facing position. Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Trés déçu

Pas approprié avec des enfants de 4 ans. Pas propre et vaisselles à laver avant utilisation. Trés mansardé au dernier étage, pour adultes impossible. Voisins des deux côtés trés bruyant jusqu'à 4hr du matin sur plusieures nuits. Chauffage en panne. Positif localisation et garage pour petite voiture inclus. Personnelles sur place au top.

Lovely piste side property

Spacious well equipped apartment centrally located for skiing and restaurants. Directly opposite lift direct to Carrefour supermarket. Only very slight negative was that apartment had 2 wc plus 1 shower and separate bathroom with shower attachment but not proper shower. There were 5 of us so wasn’t massive problem but would be tricky for 8 people. Double bed needed new mattress too as had roll together. Everything else good, would recommend.
