Charming chalet, spacious for 10 people, built in 2007 in the residential area of Saint Martin de Belleville, quiet with exceptional views of the village and the surrounding mountains, near the village center, and close to the ski lifts giving access at the fabulous 3 valleys or pedestrian and mountain bike trails, all the conditions are there for an excellent winter and summer stay.
Ranked '5 Bouquetins Charmes' in the station label classification, in this very well equipped and arranged chalet, you will quickly feel at home with family or friends.
120m2 will be at your disposal with on the garden level a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with sauna, a large living room with kitchen, a living room with fireplace (wood provided), all overlooking a large terrace facing south with a remarkable point of view.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 3 with shower room and balcony.
Included in the price 2 covered parking spaces with direct access to the chalet as well as local storage (ski bike etc.) will make your stay easier.
You can also benefit from the free Wi-Fi internet connection or garden furniture with deckchairs.

We had all visited St Martin previously so knew the resort. The chalet was very well located for both the ski slopes and the resort centre. The chalet was well equipped and clean. We had a great week! The hosts were very welcoming and answered any questions we had leading up to our stay promptly.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Martin. Chalet had a nice spacious kitchen / dining / lounge area. Only a short walk to ski slopes. Sauna much appreciated after the skiing.

Great chalet in the charming village of St Martin. Perfect for exploring the 3 valleys using cable cars and chair lifts. Cable car station 5 mins walk. Recommend getting a weeks pass in the summer to make use of the whole network. Lovely large chalet, well equipped. Very friendly helpful hosts. Lovely large

We really enjoyed our stay. The chalet is well equipped, very clean and well situated. It was only a short walk uphill to the slopes. Claude was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. Parking spaces are great, kitchen is excellent for self catering with all that was needed. The sun terrace is wonderful in the afternoon. The ski locker has heated boot racks! The only thing we hadn’t realised from the description was that there are only 2 toilets , which could be difficult with 10 people. The pillows were a bit thin. and small. It would be more comfortable with an extra pillow or a thicker one! Or perhaps bring your own. Would highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the chalet. There is a beautiful view from the kitchen and terrace of Saint Martin and the surrounding mountains. There's room for 10 people in the rooms and at the dining table. You are a short walk - about 100 meters from the central piste in Saint Martin and just a little farther to the Gondola. We we're easily able to access the whole Trois Vallees ski area from here. It's also a short walk to the grocery store and great restaurants. Claude was a great host and full of helpful information about the village and the rest of the valley. In all, this a perfect place for a large family to explore the Trois Vallees.

Bien équipé et pratique le chalet est à 100 mètres d’une piste entretenue malgré une température qui fait fondre la neige.Notre semaine a été agréable et les temps au chalet confortables grâce aux pièces de vie bien aménagées et aux chambres grandes avec suffisamment de rangement.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Skiurlaub in Claude's Chalet. Claude hat uns zum Check-in herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Die Sauna bietet für 2 Personen Platz. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Lediglich 4 Minuten Fußweg bis direkt auf die Piste und zur Gondel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Claude, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Le chalet est conforme à la description : la pièce de vie est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse ensoleillée. Nous étions 10 adultes et il y avait de la place pour chacun. La vaisselle et le matériel de cuisine sont bien dimensionnés pour 10 personnes (nombreuses casseroles grand format, vaisselle en quantité suffisante). Le propriétaire est très réactif aux différentes demandes/questions.

Excellent location, close to ski lifts, ski rentals, grocery shop and bunch of great restaurants. The host is wonderful and helpful. One thing I wish was better is the wifi connection - it was always dropping and very slow - ended up using our regular cell service.

We couldn’t have expected a better location; wonderful views and the starting point for many walks into the hills, down along the river or into the bustling village. Claude and Martine were friendly and helpful and their garden in the summer is very pretty. Excellent terrace for meals outside and a bonus for our dog who languished in the sun.

Très beau chalet, propre, agréable, confortable et bien équipé. Propriétaire facilement joignable et réactif. Tarte Bellevilloise pour nous accueillir, excellente! Bien placé à moins de 5 min à pieds du centre ville et proche des remontées mécaniques accessibles à pieds. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

The Chalet has everything that you need for a weeks holiday in the charming village of St Martin. Very clean with great views, plenty of parking and a well equiped kitchen and spacious for 10 people. Short walk to the lifts makes this an idilic holiday. Highly reccomended and look out for the welcomming fruit tart from Claude.
