New to rent: In a secure residence with caretaker, 3 * silver label apartment for 4 people with balcony (South facing). Very pleasant and bright living room / kitchen with window and picture window. The sleeping area has a real separation (door) with the main room for more comfort. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate toilet. Cupboard with independent dressing room at the entrance of the apartment. Private ski locker / wifi connection / lift / piste access. Access to the 3 Valleys ski area (Les Ménuires / Val Thorens / Méribel).
At 1,850 m above sea level, the apartment is in a 5-story residence with lift, located in the Reberty 1 850 district and on Place des Bouquetins.
The neighborhood is ideally located and is considered calm and family-friendly. The ski slopes are accessible at the foot of the building (ski room with private locker). Shops and activities are quickly accessible thanks to a pedestrian bridge (starting in front of the residence) allowing to reach the lively Bruyères district. Direct access to the Croisette by a pedestrian path in 10 minutes and access to the Reberty 2000 district by elevator.
