About this property

Val Tho Center station / Calm / Exit and return SKIS ON FOOT / Wifi

  • Apartment: Very bright, exceptional panoramic view of the peaks, at the foot of the slopes, resort center but very quiet (residential building and apartment equipped with double windows), can accommodate 8 people (or 6 adults), facing south, very close to shops, access to the slopes directly upstairs in the ski locker, therefore departure and return with skis on. Rental from Saturday to Saturday. short stays are possible in the same week.
    We will give you the keys on the spot because we live in Val Thorens.

    Interior: 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds, 2 bunk beds), 2 shower rooms (1 with bath and 2 sinks, the other is open in the attic room with 1 shower, 1 sink and 1 WC (see photo) )
    there is 1 other separate WC
    1 living room with 1 convertible sofa bed (for regular sleeping in 140, ultra fast unfolding, remaining bed made) 1 TV, 1 living room with a table for 8 people, 1 kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher , 1 oven, wifi internet, double windows.
    Exterior: a south-facing balcony, a ski locker, ski-to-door departure
    Pedestrian station so you must book parking at Val Tho Parc, P zero and 1 minute on foot but you can park in front of the building for 1 hour so you have plenty of time to pack your luggage.
    Location: Ideally located in the center of the resort, close to all shops, the sports center, daycare, kindergarten, ski lessons, bowling, medical center.

    The most: the Location, We are in Val Thorens, the Center Station, Arrival and departure of the building on skis, Snow guaranteed. Pedestrian station.

    Rental: weekly or fortnight; shorter period if available, departure no later than a Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

    To book :

    25% on booking the balance 45 days before arrival.
    A deposit of 990 euros will be requested (for possible breakages and poor cleaning if you have not booked it as an option).
    Arrival time from 5 p.m.
    Departure time before 9 a.m.
    Pets are not allowed.
    An optional end-of-stay cleaning package (not included in household trash, dishes, WCs and sheets removed).

Hosts always responded promptly. Unit was clean. Warm down comforters for all beds. Plenty of dishes, glasses and pots/pans.Owners will not share unit # and door combo until you get there so you need to get an international calling plan to get into the unit.The ad states 4 bathrooms. One bathroom had a beautiul tub and 2 sinks, but no toilet. One bedroom had a stall shower, toilet and sink. There was a 2' x4' 'closet' with a toilet and nothing else. Clausterphobic? I dont understand how this makes 4 bathrooms.Bunk room was 5'x7'. Clausterphobic?Some basic supplies we always have in other VRBO vacations not included. They left 2 half rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 6 days which they said was a courtesy. No Dish washer detergent. No paper towels. No coffee filters. Perhaps this is how its done in France.

Appartement très bien situé, proche des commerces, de l'école de ski et des activités de loisir. Très calme. La cuisine est bien équipée, avec ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Communication très facile, Frenki est très arrangeant pour les horaires. Seul point négatif, les deux chambres mansardées sont sans fenêtre

Lovely property, very clean, comfortable and perfect location

We had 7 family members staying in this apartment and found it suited us perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed, and the lounge, dining area was big enough for us all to enjoy together. The kitchen was fairly small but it had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The location was perfect to ski straight in and out and the view over the mountain and slopes was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Val Thorens another year.

This apartment is bigger than the other apartment I have stay in at Val Thorens. Very clean and tidy and the owner was on hand when we needed assistants. Had a great stay at this apartment really good location for skiing and restaurants/bars. Very close to the sports centre and ski hire shops. Will be visiting Val Thorens again and would book to stay in this apartment again.

Départ et retour ski au pied extrêmement pratique A proximité immédiate des commerces de la place Caron : supermarchés, bowling, cinéma, restaurants,... et juste à côté du parking P0 pour laisser la voiture à l'abri. Appartement très bien isolé thermiquement et phoniquement. Literies de bonne qualité. Propriétaire en station en cas de besoin.
