Residence Le Nécou is located in the Reberty 2000 district of Les Menuires. It faces south-west and you can ski right down from the residence's ski room. A mini-market and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away, and there is a shuttle bus stop in front of the building.
Surface: approx. 27 m². 5th floor. Orientation: South-West, with an unobstructed view of the mountain opposite.
Completely renovated in 2015. Flat with 4 flocons ‘Gold’ label.

Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, 4 induction hobs, fridge, raclette and crêpe makers. Bathroom with spacious shower, WC, washbasin, towel warmer, shoe warmer for 4 pairs of shoes, hairdryer. Ski locker. Outdoor parking in front of the residence.
