" The decor and ambience, along with the hospitality and cleanliness, are very good. Our room had a balcony right adjacent that looked out on the St. Lawrence. Pictures are somewhat deceptive - the buildings they show as visible from there, are not. Artisanal and somewhat eccentric furnishings, but some things are not maintained well - eg bathroom window that was half hanging loose and wouldn’t close. Slightly annoying that they insist on only eating at the main common room dining table, but...

"Property was within easy walking distance to local businesses / attractions. Lady at reception was very welcoming. Room was quite small but that didn't bother me. Very noisy though. I don't mind road noise as I was expecting th at but you can hear people next door. Floor was quite squeaky so I felt bad for people below my room. Overall a nice stay but property could use some updating "

"Extremely comfortable and well appointed home in Grandes Bergeronnes. A short drive to Essipit (whale watching and interesting Archeology and Nature museum), Tadoussac and Les Escoumins. Excellent restaurant within walking distance. Hosts were very helpful with suggestions. If they wish to be bothered less by rent it’s, they could leave info for wifi etc in the house."
