Pleasant warm mountain character. Terrace well exposed. At the edge of the forest. Beautiful exposure and lots of brightness. 1km from the heart of the resort of La Féclaz (shops and services). Charming and very comfortable holiday cottage located 1km from the Féclaz plateau (Nordic ski area and alpine ski resort), in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Numerous family-friendly resorts nearby: Les Aillons-Margeriaz (25km), Le Semnoz (36km). Lescheraines lake (16km). Shops and services 1km away (seasonal only).
