"Terrible stay. Arrived very late after a long 1,800km drive and the room was small, crowded and no working AC. No staff to complain to. Hugely disappointing. Be careful if you arrive outside of business hours. "

We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "
