refrigerator, dishwasher, filtered coffee machine, WIFI, TV, sofa bed 140cm)
- Bedroom of 11 spm, 2 single beds (90 cm) + TV
- Bathroom of 4 spm (bath, washbasin, washing machine)
- Independant WC
- West facing balcony, access from the living room and bedroom

Cleaning in option (90€) - LINEN INCLUDED in winter (sheets, towels, bath mat),
